I had an amazing experience working with Jeff, he was able to get the property under contract in a few hours with his sharp negotiation skills (not a cash offer, conventional loan). Jeff has great local knowledge and is humble to work with. We went through a couple of issues like older roof, low appraisal, the contract needed to be extended a few times and Jeff was able to get everyone aligned and get things in place.
